Returns handling

Service Definition: For the parcels which a) Delivery failed; b) Rejected by receiver; c) Return order confirmed by the seller.

• The return parcel delivered or not is subject to the feedback from the warehouse.
• For packages that have not been opened and have no visible damage, they will be returned to the racks for secondary sales.
• For packages that have been opened, normally as opened and photographed (both internally and externally) for the seller to confirm whether the parcel can be resold.
